Order process

1. Search for a product

Quick search function 

On our website Bechershop.de you can search with the help of the search field (above in the middle) by quick search in our catalogue. Just enter a keyword or the item code you are looking for.

2. Order process

Step 1 Product
Click on the products you want to add to "add to shopping cart"

Step 2 Voucher code

Click on "shopping cart". You can view the specified products and quantity and change them if necessary. Please enter a possible voucher code. Click on "checkout".


Step 3 Check your order
Check your order, invoice and delivery address and the payment term. The default payment term can be adjusted in your customer profile. Please see the conditions for payment on account here.
Confirm that you agree with terms and conditions. 

Step 4 Submit order
Click on  "Order with payment".

Confirmation of your order
You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after ordering. In the confirmation you will find information about the ordered products, your billing and delivery address and the payment term. 

Invoicing
The invoice of your order will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you have specified. The invoice will be sent the very next day after the products have left our warehouse. 


3. Change or cancel an order
You can easily change or cancel orders. Just send us an e-mail (bechershop@huhtamaki.com and let us know which item and quantity needs to be changed and we will send a new order confirmation. 


Account

1. Opening an account
Ordering at Bechershop.de is easy and safe. If you would like to order at Bechershop.de you need a customer account. Go to "my account" in the upper right corner of the page. Then go to "new customer" and "next". Now you can fill in the information and create your customer profile. If your delivery address differs from the billing address please indicate it under "alternative address". After you have successfully logged in you can place an order. 


2. Lost password
Click on "my account", type your e-mail address and click on "lost password?". You will shortly receive an e-mail with a new password. Please log in with this password and personalize it in your customer profile.

3. Change data 
At "your account" you can change your customer profile (including e-mail address and password). You can also see the information about billing and delivery address. 

Payment

1. Payment in advance
At Bechershop.de you can pay in advance. First-time customer and customers abroad (with the exception of authorities and major customers) can only order by payment in advance or PayPal. Your order will be immediatly shipped after receipt of payment. Delivery terms and bank data are applicable as stated at "terms of delivery and payment".


2. Paypal
When ordering you can choose Paypal as payment method.

3. On account
We ask schools, authorities and offices to contact us to change the payment term to payment on account. If you have placed at least 3 orders with us within 12 months and we have positive payment results, we can indicate your payment term (by stating your vat number) to payment on account (8 days net). Please do not hesitate to contact us at bechershop@huhtamaki.com to switch to payment on account. In any case we reserve the right to insist to payment in advance. 

Delivery of your order

1. Delivery

If you order several items at the same time, we do our best to deliver all of the items to you in one delivery. Your order will only be sent when all items are available. You will of course be informed. If you want partial deliveries, we will of course be happy to meet your request. You can check the status of your order in your customer account. 

The goods are delivered across Europe by the DPD parcel service. In the case of extensive deliveries on pallets, delivery is made by the Dachser forwarding agency. In this case, the shipping company will contact you via SMS or email to arrange a delivery date. For more information, see the "Payment/Dispatch" page.

 

Return items

1. The goods are delivered defective or damaged

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please inform us by email at: bechershop@huhtamaki.com. To open a complaint, we usually need pictures of the cardboard label, as well as of the damaged items. Depending on the complaint, we also need samples of the damaged items in order to have them checked in our quality department.

 

Information about the items

1. Range

At Bechershop.de we sell disposable tableware made of paper and plastic (cups and lids, plates, packaging cups and cutlery) and bio disposable tableware (industrially compostable cups, lids, packaging cups and plates). All items are tested and certified for use in the food sector. Usually we can deliver the items immediately from stock. If an article is not available, we will inform you immediately.

2. Product information

In Bechershop.de you will find corresponding product information for the articles. If you would like further information, please send us an email to bechershop@huhtamaki.com.

3. Product samples

We would be happy to send you some product samples free of charge. Please inform us by email at bechershop@huhtamaki.com about your delivery address and the desired items.

4. Minimum order quantity

The minimum purchase per item is one packaging unit (box). The number of pieces per packaging unit (box) varies depending on the article. You can find the exact quantities in the article descriptions.

5. Quantity discount

Would you like to order 6 or more boxes of the same item? You can benefit from an attractive discount. Please inform us about the desired article number and the planned purchase quantity. In addition, we need your full name, address (possibly a separate delivery address) and, if applicable, your vat identification number.

 

International orders

1. Orders

We are happy to deliver your orders to countries outside Germany. For deliveries to Austria, Benelux and Switzerland, you will find detailed information on the "Payment/Dispatch" page. For information about shipments to other countries in Europe, please contact us: bechershop@huhtamaki.com.

2. Order free of vat

By specifying the sales tax identification number (vat no.) you can receive an intra-community delivery within the framework of the intra-community trade without calculation of the sales tax. Please enter your vat number already when ordering.
