Payment/Dispatch
We are happy to deliver your orders quickly and safely. That's why we work together with reliable partners for national and international shipping: DPD and Dachser.
The delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 o'clock.
With a standard delivery time of 1-2 working days for deliveries in Germany, 2-4 working days for deliveries to Austria, Benelux and Switzerland, insurance and a tracking system are included.
Shipping costs Germany
The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are € 4.64 per case including VAT.
For deliveries to islands DPD calculates a fixed surcharge.

For orders with pallet shipment for deliveries within Germany we charge (except for the islands) € 28,56 per case including VAT per pallet.

*The delivery time for printing orders is approximately 10-12 weeks (after approval of the final artwork)

Terms of payment
1. advance payment
In the Bechershop.de you can pay in advance. First-time customers and customers abroad (with the exception of authorities and major customers) can only order against prepayment. You can transfer the total costs to our account: Savings bank Mittelmosel IBAN: EN30 5875 1230 0031 0010 76 BIC/SWIFT: MALADE51BKS In this case, your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment, the delivery times listed above will then apply.
2. on account
We ask schools, authorities and offices to contact us. We will change the payment method invoice in the system. If you have placed at least 3 orders with us within the last 12 months and we have had positive payment results, we can change your payment method to invoice (8 days net) by indicating your VAT ID. Please contact us at bechershop@huhtamaki.com if you wish to change to purchase on account. In all cases we reserve the right to insist on payment in advance.
