Please briefly present Bechershop.de. When was your Onlineshop established and what products do you specialize in?
For 100 years, Huhtamaki has presented globally a wide range of products that are characterized by superior quality and attractive design. We are the partner for professional users and end users alike when it comes to high-performance range concepts and innovative product solutions, practical disposable products and everyday consumer goods.
Since 2005 we have also been offering our products to end consumers via our online shop www.bechershop.de. We help you to create great culinary experiences with cups, plates and bowls made of paper and plastic, cutlery and take-away packaging. We work efficiently and with respect for the world around us, show our values every day - and always offer quality products with reliable service - so that our customers are successful.
What sustainable materials do you have for cups and disposable packaging?
Our Future Smart™ cups are made of 100% renewable raw materials because the coating of the cups consists of bagasse. The cups have the same properties as those with a PE coating made of fossil fuels.
Our BioWare™ range includes products made from the raw materials PLA, paper fiber, bagasse and hard paper, which does not use fossil materials when coating.
You can also order cups in your own design - tell us more about them! What is the minimum quantity for an order in your own design and in general?
With our printable paper cups for food we give our customers the opportunity to give their advertising message along. You can design our cups individually (also fully printable), from a minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces. With the CupDesigner we offer our customers a unique online editor for the simple and quick creation of a personal cup design. You don't need any software or design skills. In CupDesigner you can start implementing your ideas straight away. Regardless of whether you use one of our templates or start with the famous sheet of white paper - with the easy-to-use CupDesigner you can create your individual mug design in no time at all.
Our plastic cups are also printable with a minimum order of 50,000 pieces. This can be requested via our contact form or by email from our Bechershop team. For our standard products without individual printing, the minimum order quantity is one case. The amount per case varies depending on the item.
What are your best sellers and which products are new?
The number of coffee lovers who want to drink their beloved hot beverage on the go is steadily increasing. No matter what time of year, coffee is always drunk, therefore our coffee to go cups in different sizes and designs and the matching coffee to go lids are the most popular items.
We are continuously improving our production and supply chain processes in order to meet customer demands for sustainability and resource conservation. Currently and in the forhtcoming months our range will be updated and extended with sustainable products, such as wooden cutlery, menu boxes, plates and coffee to go lids which are made of bagasse.
How are payment and shipping handled by you?
New customers can order in advance using the following payment methods: PayPal, Sofort-Überweisung, bank transfer, credit card (Visa or Master Card) or by direct debit. If a customer has placed at least 3 orders with us within the last 12 months and we have had positive payment results, we can specify the payment method by entering the VAT ID number to invoice (8 days net). In all cases, we reserve the right to insist on payment in advance.
We work with reliable partners for national and international shipping: DPD (package shipping) and Dachser (pallet shipping). The delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. With a standard delivery time of 1-2 working days for deliveries in Germany, 2-4 working days for deliveries to Austria, Benelux and Switzerland.
Are there any special promotions or discounts that you would like to point out to readers?
On our website bechershop.de, we always have a selected list of items in the "Sale" category in addition to the seasonal offers category. We are currently planning a discount campaign in our next newsletter, as we have an anniversary to celebrate this year: 100 years of Huhtamaki.
