On Bechershop.de you can search in our catalogue by using the search field in the middle of the top. Simply enter a keyword or the article number you are looking for.

Step 1 Article

Click on "Add to shopping cart" for the desired articles.

 

Step 2 Voucher code

Click on "shopping cart". You can look at the articles and quantities indicated and change them if necessary. Enter a possible voucher code. Click on "Go to checkout".

 

Step 3 Check your order

Check your order, billing address, delivery address and payment method. The default payment method can be adjusted in your customer profile. Please see the conditions for purchase on account here >>. 

Confirm that you agree with the terms and conditions.

 

Step 4 Submit order

Click on "Order subject to payment".

Confirmation of your order

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail shortly after ordering. In the confirmation you will find information about the ordered items, your billing address, delivery address and payment method.

 

Invoice dispatch

The invoice for your order will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify. The invoice will be sent the day after the goods have left our warehouse.

 

3. fee service packaging

According to the current Packaging Ordinance, as of 01.01.2009, the initial distributor of service packaging is obliged to commission a Dual System to take back and recycle the service packaging for a corresponding fee (licensing) and to prepare a declaration of completeness for the service packaging put into circulation in the calendar year. Further information can be found in the Service/Help menu "Licence fee for service packaging". 

 

4. change or cancel an order 

You can easily change or cancel your order. Simply send us an e-mail (bechershop@huhtamaki.com) and let us know which item number and quantity you would like to have changed. We will process the changes and send you a confirmation.

 

Account

 

1. register an account

Ordering at Bechershop.de is easy and safe. If you want to order at Bechershop.de, you need a customer account. Click on "My account" at the top right of the page. Then click on "Continue" under "New customer". Now you can fill in the information and create your customer profile. If your delivery address is different from your billing address, please enter it under "Alternative address". After you have successfully registered, you can place an order.

 

2. lost password

Click on "My account", enter your e-mail address and click on "Forgot your password? You will shortly receive an e-mail with a new password. Log in with this password and then personalize it in your customer profile.

 

3. change data 

In "My Account" you can change your customer profile data (including e-mail address and password). You can also see information about your billing address/delivery address.

 

Payment

 

1. advance payment

In the Bechershop.de you can pay in advance. First-time customers and customers abroad (with the exception of public authorities and major customers) can only order against prepayment or via Paypal. Your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment, the bank details and delivery times under "Shipping and payment conditions" apply.

 

2. paypal

During the ordering process you can choose Paypal as payment method. However, you can also choose Paypal as a payment method independent of an online order (e.g. for telephone or fax orders). To do so, log into your Paypal account and send the invoice amount to shop@bechershop.de.

 

3. on account

We kindly ask public authorities and major customers to contact us. We will change the payment method invoice in the system. As a regular customer you can also order on account after an initial order - just send us a request to bechershop@huhtamaki.com. In all cases we reserve the right to insist on payment in advance.

 

Delivery of your order

 

1st delivery

If you order several items at the same time, we will do our best to deliver as many items as possible in one delivery to you. Your order will only be shipped when all items are available. Of course you will be informed. If you wish to receive partial deliveries, we will of course be happy to comply with your request. 

 

You can check the status of your order in your customer account. Please contact us for urgent deliveries: bechershop@huhtamaki.com.

 

The goods are delivered throughout Europe by the parcel service DPD.

In the case of large deliveries on pallets, the delivery is carried out by the Dachser forwarding agency. In this case the forwarding agency will contact you by SMS or e-mail to arrange a delivery date.

Returning articles

 

1. the goods are delivered faulty or damaged

If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please inform us by e-mail to: bechershop@huhtamaki.com. In order to open a complaint, we usually need pictures of the carton label and of the damaged items. Depending on the complaint, we also need samples of the damaged items to have them checked in our quality department.

 

 

Information about the articles

 

1st assortment

At Bechershop.de we sell disposable tableware made of hard paper and plastic (cups and lids, packaging cups, plates, cutlery) and organic disposable tableware (industrially compostable cups, lids, packaging cups and plates). We obtain our articles from well-known manufacturers. All articles are tested and certified for use in the food sector. Normally we can deliver the articles immediately from stock. Should an article not be directly available, we will inform you immediately.

 

 

2. product information

In Bechershop.de you will find product information corresponding to the articles. If you would like to receive further information, please send us an e-mail to bechershop@huhtamaki.com. 

 

3. product sample

We would be happy to send you some product samples free of charge. Please inform us by e-mail to bechershop@huhtamaki.com about your delivery address and the desired articles.

 

4. minimum purchase quantity

The minimum purchase per article is one packaging unit (carton). The number of pieces per packaging unit (carton) varies depending on the article. You will find the exact quantities in the article descriptions. 

 

5. quantity discount

Would you like to order 6 or more boxes of the same item? You can benefit from an attractive discount. Please inform us about the desired article number and the planned purchase quantity. In addition, we need your full name, address (possibly separate delivery address) and if applicable your sales tax identification number.

 

International orders

We are also happy to deliver your orders to countries outside Germany. For deliveries to Austria, Benelux and Switzerland you will find detailed information on the page "Shipping and payment conditions". 2. order without sales tax

By stating the VAT identification number (VAT ID number), you can receive an intra-Community supply without invoicing VAT within the framework of intra-Community trade. Please indicate your VAT ID number when placing your order.
